On Wednesday, the General Assembly will return to Richmond in order to consider the Governor’s vetoes and amendments to bills that passed during the 2011 General Assembly session that ended a month ago. On Monday, we will arrive early to take up the redrawing the legislative district boundaries – something that takes place once every decade after the completion of the Census. Continue reading
