These next weeks find my colleagues and myself busily preparing legislative proposals for the General Assembly session which starts on January 12 and runs for 45 days. The first major deadline for putting our ideas in order is December 6, after which we are only able to draft five additional proposals. If you have a concern that might need to be addressed through changes in the law, please let me know right away so I may consider your proposal.
