This Tuesday, November 2, is Election Day. In Virginia we will be voting for our respective members of Congress. In the 5th district of the City of Richmond, voters will be choosing a new member of the Richmond School Board. Finally, all voters will be voting to approve three amendments to Virginia’s Constitution.
